Chaga Chunks

$18.95

One of our favs! Traditionally used as an immune modulator, to balance blood sugar, or to detoxify blood and liver during chemotherapy, Chaga is a potent mushroom that can be drunk as-is in infusions or used as bases for other teas, coffees, broths and elixirs. Our Chaga is sustainably wild harvested in Eastern Canada.

How to use

Making your Chaga Tea

Chaga has been used as a traditional medicine for centuries by indigenous people in Russia, Europe, Asia, and North America. The tea can be prepared by simmering the mushroom in water for one hour or more. This will ensure you get most of the benefits of the chaga in your cup! You can make a batch of chaga and store it in the fridge for up to 1 week so you can drink your daily dose as a cold tea. Then dry your chunks and save them for another batch later!

Ingredients

Wild Harvested Inonotus Obliquus (Chaga)
